Kelly & Maddie

“I adopted Olga from you and best thing we ever did! Shes such a sweet girl who didn’t take long at all to bond with our little boy Benji. He had lost his brother but he bonded straight away with Olga.

They l wanted to be together straight away after some teething problems which RRNW helped me with. We would always adopt and give a bunny a loving home some of which have never known before. Thanks so much

Rabbit Rescue NW really know rabbits! They were incredibly helpful during the bonding process of one of their rescue bunnies and my rescue bunny. They were very patient with them and 3rd time was the charm with Emma. They’re now both loved up and my rescue bunny has grown in confidence now she has her special pal. Thankyou for making our family whole.

“Over the years we’ve had rabbits from a few rescue centres, and whilst they’re all good in their own way, Rabbit Rescue North West is the best by far. The bunnies are clearly well looked after as soon as they come into their care – with health being a priority, and then lots of enrichment. The team take time and effort to ensure the bunnies get the right home for them and advise on houses, set ups etc. And once moved into their new forever home, the bunnies and their new families get ongoing support – including help with bonding. Our current two took 10 months to bond (yes, must be a record!!) and we had the support of RRNW throughout. Great service, great team, true bunny lovers.”

“Our beautiful boy Zeus, (ginger lop) met the love of his life through the RRNW. After loosing her previous husbun who we also adopted from the rescue, the love, time and care spent with Persey, to bond her with Zeus was remarkable. They did the bonding process and part included in the adoption fee, and both came home for their happy ever after. There’s nothing the rescue doesn’t know, they’re duty of care toward the bunnies is amazing, they’re professional, friendly and always happy to help. Even after the adoption, you become part of the rescue family and are always there to help you and your buns. We would be lost without them and can’t thank them enough for the amazing work they do, rescuing these bunnies and finding their forever homes.”

“When Benny met Bonnie (was Freya), it wasn’t a straightforward bond, they did need some time and a few dates before falling totally in love.

Jess and Jen were fantastic from applying, the whole bonding process, ongoing advice and support.

Cannot thank you all enough! My Benny has found his happy ever after and Bonnie has a home forever filled with love, cuddles and treats.”

“I came across the Rabbit Rescue NW after we had already gotten our first baby Teddy from a breeder. Unfortunately we didn’t realise the volume of Rabbits that’s are surrendered to rescues and how much of a problem it is and instantly I knew that when the time came and Teddy was ready that we would adopt a bun in need. The process was so simple, Teddy is like our baby so packing him off to a stranger for bonding was quite daunting but Jennifer couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and reassuring. Whilst Teddy was bonding with Poppy we received daily updates of their ‘bunny moon’ seeing the change in Ted and how happy he was to have a wifebun was so exciting and also meant we had a new baby to introduce into the family. After only a few days we brought Ted and new wife Poppy home to continue the bonding process in their own environment. Jennifer was always on hand to offer advice and encouragement and she made the process so easy for us. Adopting Poppy was the best thing we could have done for Ted, the bond they share has us in stitches most days and you can see how happy they are to be together. Jennifer has been on hand even after a year in with advice and I am so thankful to her and all at Rabbit Rescue NW for all they do.”

I adopted Nova (was ester) from you in september 2022 for you, and she was bonded with my little boy sonny (black and white bunny in the pics).
Since then they’ve been absolutely amazing and inseparable, Nova is still a quiet lady but her confidence and cheekiness grows everyday, her and sonny are so in love and are constantly kissing and grooming each other and zooming about their bedroom in the morning when they know it’s breakfast time. I can’t thankyou enough for everything you’ve done for Nova and all the bunnies you’ve saved, yourself and the fosterers are amazing.

“I just wanted to send in a testimonial after seeing your post on Instagram.

Since the day I decided to adopt a second rabbit up until this very moment, the support given to me from rabbit rescue north west has been more than I could have asked for. From bonding my rabbit with the bunny I was adopting, to being there for me 24/7 if I ever need anything, I have had the best experience adopting from rabbit rescue north west and I will be eternally grateful!

Phoebe and Cotton (formerly Oliver) are like two peas in a pod and seem to really love each other, so again, thank you so much for everything to everyone at RRNW

          Best wishes, Rachel”

“Our babies Mavis(white) & Harry(black). We rescued Harry from you guys a few years back. We had such a fabulous experience with arrangements for getting Harry. We brought Mavis over for a bunny moon which took a few weeks. Unfortunately during the time she was with yous, my mum got terminally ill & I had to make an emergency trip home to Melton Mowbray. My wife doesn’t drive so we were left with Mav stranded in her bunny moon home. A lovely volunteer drove them both over to Blackpool to my wife. They totally love each other. The service and support you guys gave us was amazing. We’ll be forever grateful ☺️ xx”

“The whole adoption process was simple and we received lots of support off the fosterer to help prepare for bun’s arrival. DeeDee has been with us nearly 2 years now and it was the best decision we made adopting her. Thank you so much”

            Emma

“We adopted Dennis 18 months ago after he had been found abandoned. We were given loads of support to bond him with our girl Snowball and the foster lady gave us loads of advice and lent us a hutch and fencing to keep them separate until bonded. They bonded beautifully and are very happy together and we love having them both.”

“I adopted Fudge now Nellie for my Frank after his first wifebun sadly passed away. I was helped out immediately and was prioritised so that Frank didn’t get too lonely. I was given the most amazing help and advice and they were soon off for bonding where they received the best care and attention and bonded immediately. They have now been promoted to big brother and sister and are inseparable. Thank you so much”

“I adopted both Ronnie (Veronica) and Finn from the RRNW. They were adopted separately due to me sadly losing my other rabbit. After some time side by side at our house,  Jess from the rescue bonded Ronnie and Finn and kept us updated throughout the process ❤️ .

Unfortunately, due to their breeders overbreeding them both, they both have health issues related to this. The rescue are always on hand to ask for any advice if I need it and I know they still care a lot about Ronnie and Finn.

Rescues are left at breaking point due to the amount of unwanted pets 😞. It is so important to adopt rather than shop, and get your bunnies from people who care about them and their welfare, like this rescue does ❤️

“After losing Tulip’s husbun we were all devastated, so it was very hard to think about getting another rabbit. I had been following Rabbit Rescue North West for a while and on seeing the photo of ‘Milky Bar Kid’ I knew he would be right. On contacting Rabbit Rescue North West they reassured me that it was completely the right thing to do to get another companion for Tulip. The home check process was very easy, ensuring they had adequate room to roam and I was able to visit Milky Bar before introducing Tulip. As the team are fosterer based it allowed me to spend time with Milky Bar and seeing how he would adapt to our home. The whole team at RRNW made the entire process so easy and 6 years later Milky Bar (now renamed Wallace) was the best addition to our family, living his best life he makes us laugh every day”

“I adopted loki (grey with white stripe) from you in September 2022, he was called dexter. Loki and my girl galaxy have a wonderful bond. I couldn’t have managed the bonding process without the support and in house bonding you provided. You are all amazing people and give so much to help these wonderful animals. Thank you for bringing him into mine and galaxy’s lives”
